| implementation of a diet system, the
| "Structured Eating System." Its goal is to
| let you eat what you want, but in moderation,
| with the aim of taking off one pound a week.
| The program first calculates your ideal
| weight and then tells you how many calories
| you are allowed. You may then choose your
| menu for the day from a long list of foods.
| (If your food is not on the list, you select
| an equivalent.) The program seems to have
| some quirks. For example, after we selected
| one ounce of candy and then tried to select a
| drink, it told us we had reached our limit of
| bread for the day. This may be some type of
| equivalency calculation, but it was not
